Hi! I'm Nicole Marie Day.
I live in Central Pennsylvania with my IT/gamer husband and our 17-year-old son, who is also very much into gaming and is hoping to head to college for engineering next year. We also have three pets who keep life interesting: Ziggy, our tuxedo cat who very much shares Garfield's appreciation for lounging; Ruby, our more reserved cat who prefers to keep her distance from the other pets but happily comes out for pets from us humans; and Bowie, our crazy-yet-adorable dog who still wants to be part of all the fun!
I have 20 years of professional experience in the design and multimedia field, along with a lifelong passion for art and creativity. Throughout my career, I have created a wide variety of visual and multimedia content for marketing and educational organizations. I have extensive experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and a strong understanding of modern design principles, trends, technologies, and best practices.
I'm a self-motivated creative who enjoys working in an open, collaborative environment and using creative thinking to solve problems. I'm passionate about design, multimedia, and visual storytelling, and I enjoy using my skills to communicate ideas, support education, and create engaging content that connects with people.

Multimedia Specialist
• Collaborate with a team of instructional designers to develop
various, visual products that support online course concepts to
enhance student learning.
• Design, produce, and edit visual, educational products such as
videos, graphics, motion graphics, and animations.
• Manage multiple projects to consistently meet deadlines.
• Operate all video studio equipment including camera, lighting
and sound equipment.
• Utilizes Penn State branding, accessibility, and copyright law
requirements.

Weather Graphic Producer
• Created animations and graphics for the
AccuWeather Network.
• Helped to lead the production and implementation
of video weather graphics.
• Trained and mentored broadcasters and other producers
in creating their own weather graphics, as well as
using programs.

weather forecasts either live or taped.
